When you come across the word "The Richest man " ,what strikes to your mind is the current wealthiest man - Jeff Bezos ,the CEO of Amazon ,a world-wide e-com supply chain .The Amazon online Shopping facility is available in every end of the globe supplying the products to every nook and even numerous  remote areas making Bezos ,the influential and the most wealthiest person(worth $191bn ) in the world after dethroning Bill Gates(worth $96.5 bn)from the position .

These were not possible if the internet didn't exist .The availability of internet in every parts of the world has made people expose their  business ideas to the world .One of the well known fact is that Amazon was started up in a garage and have reached such great height via the help of internet .But what if I say that Jeff Bezos wasn't the richest man the world has come across inspite being a net worth of $191 billion .That is a massive rate but is there a person's worth more than that ?

Today ,we are going to come across a man recorded as the Wealthiest person of all time recorded in the history of mankind .No one has even come close to the amount of wealth he owns during his period nor now .The man with an astonishing assets and possession was Mansa Musa .

Mansa Musa (1280 -1337) of the Mali emperor was a prominent and the first African ruler to be well known over the Europe and Middle East .Musa referred to as the "SULTAN"  means the "King /Emperor" in the Mandinka language ,was first attained by the Sundiata Keita who was the founder of Mali empire.The Mali empire dominated the West Africa from 13th century  to the 14th century .It is well known for the wealth of it's rulers mainly Musa Keita or Mansa Musa.Mansa acquired control over various commodities and had power over a large trade one of which was monopolize in  gold.Musa was the third ruler of the empire after Sundiata Keita and Wali Keita(Mansa Uli) .Although they were not as prominent as Mansa Musa who held a worth of $400 billion .Though this number is said to be an approximatity to his wealth,it is said that he could have accommodated more than this inspite of giving away a part of his wealth to the people on his pilgrimage.Yes,it is reported that Musa went on a pilgrimage (Hajj) where he carried an enormous amount if wealth which included 1.8 kgs of gold bars and 23 -136 kgs of gold dust which were later given to the poor people he met on his way to Mecca ,Madina and Cairo .

The cause of death of Musa still remains a debate among the modern historians and Arab scholars.It is being reported that Musa after a reign from 1312 went on the pilgrimage from which he never returned and the another round of the story claims that he returned from the pilgrimage soon after which he died .After Miss ,his son Magan Musa took over the throne .
